블로그를 운영하면서 재미있는 것은 방문자들이 간혹 회사 홈페이지(?)로 생각하는 경우가 있는 것이다. 조금만 찾아보면 알 수 있을 텐데, 주소가 co.kr이라서인지 아니면 e-mail이 ceo@donny.co.kr 이라서인지 이유는 모르겠지만, 기술관련 문의나 제품 구입문의는 그렇다해도 채용해달라고 이력서를 보내오는 경우도 적지않다.(주로 인도 쪽에서...)

그저께 밤에는 최근에 개발한 제품/기술에 대해서 간만에 블로그에 포스팅을 했는데, 단 몇시간 만에 MIPI Alliance의 트위터에 공지되어버렸다. MIPI Alliance는 Mobile Industry Procesor Interface 표준화 단체이고 Nokia, Intel, Motorola, TI 등의 board member를 포함 전세계 160여개 업체가 참여한다.

내가 별 다른 내용없이 간단히 쓴 글을 MIPI에서 보고 Korean Company에서 개발했다고 공지한 걸보면 뭘 알고 한 것 같기도 하고 뭘 모르고 한 것도 같은... (트윗중에 http://bit.ly/92V5Vb 를 클릭하면 donny.co.kr으로 연결 됨)

다행히 고객이나 구체적인 제품 정보를 언급하지 않았기에 문제가 될 것은 없다.
아무튼 블로그 관리에 좀 더 충실하면서도 조심해야겠다는 생각.

TFT LCD Driver integrates MIPI and DSI on one chip.

August 12, 2008 - Suited for use in mobile phone displays, TA8560 combines MIPI (Mobile Industry Processor Interface) and DSI (Display Serial Interface) onto one driver chip. DSI, based on scalable serial interconnect, provides lower power modes and allows bi-directional communications. It supports 16-, 18-, and 24-bit pixels, buffered and un-buffered display panels, and QVGA (240 x 320) resolution. Chip can drive up to 4 panels from 1 interface and displays up to 16 million colors.
